Ukraine is taking back some of its territory from Russian forces, but other parts of the country continue to be hit hard by the invasion. Meanwhile, President Joe Biden is heading to Europe today for meetings with NATO, the EU, and the G7 on how to end the fighting in Ukraine. At least one person died after a tornado swept through parts of New Orleans last night, with one official calling the area “totally devastated.” Disappointment today for some schoolgirls in Afghanistan, as the Taliban halt classes that were supposed to resume. And a prison wedding for Wikileaks’ founder.
