We’ve got a newfound appreciation for the boho peach wedding vibes after glimpsing Skyler and Tanner’s New York nuptials where a peaches + cream palette led everything from the dinner tables to the floral brief. EVL Events brought modern abstract shapes into play in the champagne wall, the paper suite and even the tinted glass candle holders. An effortless jive with the A-frame ceremony backdrop, which was adorned with understated, yet elegant floral bursts from Beck & Forth. The bride was undeniably radiant with her loose wavy hairstyle and billowing tulle dress, and we could fawn over the giggle-filled moments she shared with her groom forever. From the Planner, EVL Events: After connecting on a small dating app, Tanner and Skyler met and quickly fell in love. Even though Tanner lived in Virginia and Skyler was in New York, they would regularly make the drive to see each other. After dating for seven months, Tanner proposed at Delaware Park in Buffalo with a beautiful picnic set up to surprise Skyler.
Tanner and Skyler’s wedding was all about an elevated bohemian style. The outdoor ceremony featured a wooden A-frame arch and bouquets of dried flowers hanging along the aisle. Their color palette of creamy whites and peachy tones paired beautifully with all the natural greenery and popped against the clean white venue. Modern arch signage decked out the reception space, and a wood-slat champagne wall greeted guests to get the party started. The dessert table was a statement piece of the reception, with perfectly coordinated custom cookies, cakesicles, and treats.
These long-distance lovebirds enjoyed the most spectacular celebration amongst their closest friends and family, and we absolutely adored sharing their story with you. Particularly the dessert bar. Let’s face it… we’re always here for the dessert bar! Speaking of – remember that time we astral projected our way into a hand-painted cookie paradise? Let’s do that again now 😉
