GREENPORT, NY — After a two-year pandemic pause, brides-to-be will once again to plan their dream weddings at a popular North Fork event.
On Saturday, March 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Peconic Landing will host its “Brecknock Bridal Boutique Wedding Showcase.” The event is free to all community members who are planning a wedding or other celebration on the East End and will feature over 30 wedding vendors from the area.
All participating vendors have contributed to Peconic Landing’s annual Veterans Day Wedding Giveback event, which provides a free wedding each year to current or former military personnel in recognition of their service.
“These wedding professionals know how to deliver for the special couples,” said Valerie Tirelli-Hallock, sales and events coordinator for Brecknock Hall. “They have the knowledge and creative know-how to take your vision and run with it, and they all deliver first-rate services.”
Engaged couples, along with their families and friends, will have the opportunity to interact with an array of wedding planning professionals including caterers, photographers, florists, stylists, décor specialists, bakers, and more. Some vendors will be offering incentives to couples who book services as a result of the showcase.
The showcase will feature complimentary mimosas and food samplings, live music by the Gordon Dukes Band, and a bridal fashion show courtesy of North Fork Bridal Shoppe. Creative and locally inspired wedding favors, a photo booth and food and floral inspirations will also be featured.
