The end of January 2022 is busy for a few of the area’s bridal boutiques. Future brides, maybe those newly engaged over the holiday season, have a number of opportunities over the next few weeks to say, “Yes!,” to the dress.
Linen Jolie Bridal in Metairie is hosting an Elysee Atelier trunk show Jan. 27-29. According to the boutique’s website, “the Élysée Atelier collection takes a couture level approach to the sumptuous and opulent decoration characterized by the Élysée aesthetic.” Gowns from this line include hand-beaded and embroidered details for brides looking to add some lagniappe to their gown style. Linen Jolie’s sister boutique Town & Country Bridal on St. Charles Avenue has a few events on its calendar. Happening now through Feb. 5, the boutique is hosting a Haute Bride trunk show. Haute Bride accessories are handmade in California. The company works with Swarovski and designs jewelry, hair pieces, belts and sashes and carry many pieces versatile enough for wedding guests. Special prices and incentives will be applied, and the show is by appointment only.
On Feb. 4 and 5, Town & Country will host a Vera Wang Bride trunk show. Vera Wang has been a giant in the fashion and bridal fashion industry for decades. Like the Haute Bride show, this show is by appointment only. Book appointments for either or both shows here.
Both of I Do Bridal Couture’s locations in Baton Rouge and Covington are hosting trunk shows in the next few weeks.
Currently, the Baton Rouge location is hosting an Anne Barge trunk show through Jan. 29. Brides can consult with brand experts and see the latest runway collection during this show. Call the store at 225-361-0377 or submit a request for an appointment here.
On Jan. 28 and 29, the Covington location is hosting a Rivini & Alyne trunk show. The “couture-level craftsmanship” can be seen in the latest collection. Book appointments at 985-327-5598 or submit a request on the website.
I Do Bridal will also host several shows in February including a Rosa Clara trunk show Feb. 4-5 and the Ines Di Santo show Feb. 18-19 at the Covington location; and an Amsale Collection and Little White Dress trunk show, plus a Rivini and Alyne trunk show at the Baton Rouge location.
