Bridal shop giving away wedding gowns; Geneva company moves headquarters to Naperville; ribbon-cutting planned for children’s, martial arts gyms – Chicago Tribune

Would-be brides have until Thursday to enter a contest to win a free gown from Bri’Zan Couture of Naperville.

To celebrate the store’s 15-year anniversary, the bridal shop at 827 N. Washington St. is giving away a gown every Friday in March. Drawings will be held live on social media at 7 p.m. every Friday.

Contestants can enter online at the store’s website at www.brizancouture.com, where there is a full list of rules.

In 2021, Bri’Zan gave away dresses to 13 essential workers and 13 frontline workers to celebrate their contributions to help others during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The development services firm Koru Group has relocated its headquarters to CityGate Centre in Naperville and is occupying 7,752 square feet at 2135 CityGate Lane.

Incorporated in Geneva last year, Koru merged the firm Craig R. Knoche Civil Engineers and Surveyors, owned by Steven Kudwa, with ECA Architects and Planners, owned by Eric Carlson, to create an organization that creates holistic designs.

The Koru Group works with clients in more than 15 states, specializing in private land development projects.

CityGate Centre is the flagship mixed-use development of Calamos Real Estate, a subsidiary of Calamos Property Holdings.

The Naperville Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting event at the My Gym Children’s Fitness Center of Aurora and Eagle Academy of Martial Arts of Aurora from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. March 16 at 4008 Fox Valley Center Drive, off Route 59, in Aurora.

My Gym offers tumbling classes, camps, private playdates, birthday party packages and parents night out events.
