Britney Spears Shares Throwback Photos From Her Wedding

Britney Spears couldn’t be more pleased with her wedding day.

The singer took to Instagram to reflect on the past year while sharing a few of her favorite moments from her big day.

The first photo featured Spears on the dance floor at her wedding reception with none other than Madonna. The two were barefoot, busting a move while everyone around them cheered them on.

The second snap in the carousel of photos featured Spears’ friend, Zac Brazenas, who appeared happier than ever while on the dance floor. The following image also showcased Brazenas as he posed next to artist Willie Gomez.

Spears also shared the sweetest photo of her and her new hubby, Sam Asghari, as they stood atop a balcony adorned with gorgeous pink, purple, and white flowers and green vines while they shared a passionate kiss. The “Toxic” singer looked stunning in her wedding dress, while Asghari looked dapper as ever in his tux.

Spears also included a video of her jumping up and down on the dance floor with her longtime friend, Paris Hilton, as Dua Lipa‘s hit single “Electricity” played.

The singer also shared a random photo of Selena Gomez in the carousel, which many fans seem confused by, writing, “What does the Selena Gomez pic mean?”

“ThrowBACK !!! A lot happened this year and holy crap I got married !!! I’m so happy🌹!!!” the singer exclaimed in the caption.

Gomez, who was featured in the third snap, commented, “We love you 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍”

“💕Best night ever babes! 🕺🏻💃🏻@britneyspears @samasghari,” Brazenas wrote in the comments.

The singer and athletic trainer tied the knot on June 9. It was nothing short of a fairytale wedding featuring a gold-hooved horse-drawn carriage, Versace wedding gown, and 62 carats of diamond bridal jewelry.

As Spears alluded to in the caption, this year has been an eventful one for the singer. This was her first year entirely free from her conservatorship, which officially ended last November, and now she is seemingly thriving with her newfound freedom.
