Celebrity weddings are often luxurious and over-the-top, but that doesn’t mean the average bride can’t emulate her favorite star’s wedding style. A great way to get the celebrity look without breaking the bank is by finding affordable wedding looks replicating the ones worn by your fave celebs. And when it comes to making a statement, we had major heart eyes over the wedding celebration of “On the Way Down” singer Ryan Cabrera and his bride, Alexa Bliss of WWE fame.
About the Happy Couple: Alexa Bliss & Ryan Cabrera
Alexa Bliss and Ryan Cabrera said “I do” on April 9, 2022, at the Kempa Villa in Palm Desert, California. The couple met through a former WWE fighter, “the Miz,” a friend of Bliss. “The Miz” introduced the two in Orlando at one of Cabrera’s shows. From then on, their friendship grew into a beautiful relationship. They dated for a year before getting engaged on November 15th, 2020. About the Couple’s Wedding Style
Alexa wore a custom gown by Netta BenShabu. The WWE star stayed in the same dress throughout the night, saying she felt “so comfortable,” according to a PEOPLE interview. She also wore a hairpin instead of a veil to add more sparkle. Her shoes were white sneakers to add comfort and style.
The skirt of her dress included four layers of tulle, glitter, and blush to be cohesive to the bodice of the gown as well as her dyed hair. She decided to ditch the veil and instead wore a Swarovski headpiece in a half-up, half-down hairstyle.
For the couple’s non-traditional wedding style, Ryan wore a pink blush suit to match cohesively with his bride-to-be. His choice of shoes was white oxfords.
