DoubleTree By Hilton Detroit-Dearborn hosts many wedding receptions every year but not one quite like this.
In an effort to give back to the community, DoubleTree Hotel Dearborn is offering an opportunity for one lucky couple, a wedding brunch reception for 50 family and friends, which will be held, on Jan. 21 completely free of charge.
Open to Michigan residents, couples need to submit a one-page, typed essay stating why they or someone they know should be the recipient couple. It should explain why this couple is deserving of the opportunity.
In addition to the submission of the essay, a post must be written on the DoubleTree FaceBook page stating why they will be proud to have their reception at DoubleTree Dearborn. Plus, a copy of the post must be attached to the essay submission.
All entries must be received by October 30.
“The selected couple will receive the good news the first week of November 2022,” Mimi Sion, director of sales for the hotel said. “I am sure our panel of judges will have a very hard decision. We can’t wait to work with this special couple.”
