According to reports, Hetal stepped out to the balcony to catch a breath of fresh air during the ceremony but suddenly collapsed, prompting frantic searches that led to her discovery lying unconscious on the terrace. Despite efforts to revive her, Hetal was declared dead by medical staff who cited a heart attack as the cause.
Despite the devastating turn of events, the bride’s family demonstrated an incredible act of resilience in the face of tragedy, by offering the groom the hand of Hetal’s younger sister in marriage. The wedding continued with the bride’s body kept in the hospital’s cold storage.
