Water = life, but not everyone loves the stuff — and that’s totally okay, if you can get hydrated in other ways (via more fruits and vegetables in your diet, drinking other thirst-quenching elixirs, avoiding alcohol in excess, etc.). But during the holidays, there are endless temptations and indulgences in our midst that make it hard to remember the easiest and simplest way to stay healthy: by hydrating. If you’re getting married, too, you have lots on the horizon for the new year, so you’ll want to ensure you’re in tip-top shape to plan a wedding and keep the “You’re engaged!!” party going from now through your nuptials.
