Mr. and Mrs. Affleck have headed to Italy.
Spotted for the first time since hosting a weekend of wedding festivities in Riceboro, Georgia, newlyweds Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were seen at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo on Lake Como. Photos of the two were published by the Daily Mail.
The couple reportedly had an animated conversation while grabbing a bite to eat at an outdoor restaurant. Lopez still maintained her bridal glow in an all-white outfit, featuring a dress with billowing sleeves and a mock turtleneck. She pulled her hair up in a low loose bun. Meanwhile, the Deep Water actor looked suave and casual in a light blue collared long-sleeved shirt and cream-colored trousers.
Prior to their lavish Georgia wedding attended by friends and family, Affleck and Lopez married at an intimate Las Vegas chapel back in July.
Lopez reflected on the happy news in a special edition of her fan newsletter, On the JLo.
“We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient,” the multi-hyphenate wrote. “Exactly what we wanted. Last night we flew to Vegas, stood in line for a license with four other couples, all making the same journey to the wedding capital of the world. Behind us two men held hands and held each other. In front of us, a young couple who made the three hour drive from Victorville on their daughter’s second birthday—all of us wanting the same thing— for the world to recognize us as partners and to declare our love to the world through the ancient and nearly universal symbol of marriage.”
