ETimes had exclusively revealed that Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani will get hitched on February 6 in Rajasthan and preparations for the grand nuptials are on in full swing. While Kiara is getting the finishing touches done to her bridal couture, Sidharth is reportedly in Delhi overseeing the prep.
The three-day wedding festivity will hosted at a luxurious property in Rajasthan and the couple has reportedly finalised a guest list of around 100 people. Bollywood celebrities like Karan Johar and Manish Malhotra are expected to attend the functions and according to India Today, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput will also be present at the wedding. Kiara is a close to her ‘Kabir Singh’ co-star and hence extended the invitation to the couple. Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani’s pre-wedding functions like Mehendi, Haldi and Sangeet are scheduled for February 4 and 5.
Sidharth and Kiara are yet to officially confirm their nuptials and are trying to keep everyone low key. A source had told ETimes, “The wedding is slated to take place at Jaisalmer Palace Hotel. It is going to be a lavish event with high security. As has become the norm with big Bollywood weddings, Sid-Kiara’s shaadi will have heightened security managing the event which will take place behind closed doors.” ETimes had also reported that a battery of security persons and bodyguards will travel to Jaisalmer on February 3 for the wedding prep. Last month, when ETimes had asked Sidharth about his wedding plans, the actor had simply replied, Marriage is still a question mark. I’m still not married so.”
