Athiya Shetty’s father Suniel Shetty had earlier admitted to the couple getting married in January. Post India’s tour of Bangladesh the men in blue will not play any series for a month. The wedding is expected to take place during that period. Speaking to Hindustan Times Suniel Shetty had said, “I know about all the rumours that are around their wedding now and then. And I can tell you that I am looking at it as in the date. With both their schedules and stuff like that, we are figuring out things. Hopefully soon, we will know as to when, where and what will it finally happen,”.
January 2023 is expected to be the month when the cue couple are expected to tie the knot. While there are no updates regarding wedding preparations it is understood that the couple will wear designer outfits. The wedding is expected to be in a traditional South Indian style. The couple are set to take their wedding vows in Sunil Shetty’s Khandala Mansion.
