Glistening under the Rajasthan sun – the actor was spotted in a gorgeous mirror-work and 3 dimensional effect floral Gharara by Seema Gujral. Featuring a shiny, silver, mirror top with spaghetti straps, ice grey bottoms with intricately embroidered flowers and a delicate sheer, embroidered dupatta to match, the look epitomised what fairytale dreams are made of.

Kriti Sanon is a fairy-tale dream in a Seema Gujral floral Gharara

Channeling her inner child – Sanon had her hair beautifully braided on both sides and pinned back, with soft, natural waves. She kept her makeup simple, with a perfect light pink lip and bronze eyeshadow, and added a touch of bling with diamond bangles and a statement ring.

With soft, pastel florals flooding our Instagram feeds and taking over TikTok – it was only a matter of time before we saw our favourite celebrities channeling the same Y2K inspired vibes in their Indian clothing choices. And Sanon’s Seema Gujral look is just what we needed to jump on the bandwagon too.

Perfect for a mehendi or day time wedding – pastel coloured flowers are a fun and feminine way to incorporate some childlike girliness into your dressing. But when looking to invest in an ensemble that features pastel florals, make sure that both the top and bottom are not heavily worked or embroidered with florals. Pair an embroidered Gharara bottom like Sanon’s with a mirror-work, sequins or plain top so that the flowers don’t get overpowered. Or an intricately worked, floral top with plain, solid coloured bottoms. This will allow you to style both pieces separately and in a multitude of ways, so that you always remain on trend without having to break the bank every time.
