During an initial design consultation at the Katrine Mogensen Bridal Couture Studio in Reepham, detailed measurements are taken, then drawings are created to produce a mock dress made of cotton calico. Once the pattern has been perfected, fine fabrics like silk and lace are cut and sewn to create dresses that are both classic and comfortable to wear, perfect for brides who want a classic, elegant look with a touch of vintage glamour.
Trained in London at the Central Saint Martins’ college of fashion, Katrine Mogensen won Brides & Setting Up Home magazine’s New Designer of the Year award in 1997 as half of bridal couturier Horton-Mogensen.
