Man Charged with Aggravated Battery for Stabbing at Wedding Reception

Escambia County, FL – A man was arrested and charged with aggravated battery after allegedly stabbing someone during an argument at a Florida wedding reception.

The suspect, identified as 53-year-old Harold Alfonso Ramos-Feliz from Ocala, is accused of using a deadly weapon during the incident, which took place at a private event venue on Crabtree Church Road.

According to the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, the altercation occurred outside of the venue, with Ramos-Feliz and another man getting into an argument that quickly escalated into a physical fight.

During the altercation, the victim was stabbed on their side, resulting in serious injuries that required emergency medical treatment.

The victim was airlifted to a nearby hospital. Their current condition is unknown.

Following the incident, Ramos-Feliz was arrested and taken into custody at the Escambia County Jail, where he is being held on a bond of $15,000.

The sheriff’s office has not released additional information regarding the motive for the attack or the relationship between the suspect and the victim.
