Southern brides go their own way

(TENNESSEE) – Southern brides have their own style according to a new survey by PlannedAtHeart.com.

The wedding planner site compared each state’s searches for wedding dresses online.

Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and North Carolina all had different tastes.

The most popular style across the country is a One Shoulder dress.

Fire states searched for it the most (California, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, and New Jersey).

The one-shoulder neckline trend is popping up at award shows, ceremonies and Instagram for a few years now.

Tennessee brides prefer a ruffled wedding dress.

Georgians most often chose a Tulle style.

Alabama brides are looking for a Bustle.

While North Carolina weddings most often feature Glitter dresses.

Rhinestones are the second most popular type across the county.

The style was most searched for in Florida, Ohio, South Carolina and Illinois.

The Rhinestone dress with the most buzz was worn by Sophie Turner in her 2019 wedding to Joe Jonas.

She wore a Louis Vuitton gown, covered in rhinestone embellishments, designed by Nicholas Ghesquière.

Here first official wedding photo on Instagram got 14.8 million followers and 6.7 million likes.
