Shraddha Arya had risen to fame with the show, Kundali Bhagya and her wedding had become the talk of the town as it had surprised the nation. Shraddha had kept her relationship with a Navy based officer, Rahul Nagal under the wraps and it was only at their D-day that the nation had got the first glimpse of her husband. Post-wedding, Shraddha had headed back to Mumbai to resume her shoot and Rahul was back on his duty.
After tying the knot on November 16, 2021, Shraddha Arya had announced her wedding with Rahul Nagal on November 17, 2021. She had shared a series of pictures from her wedding on her IG handle and had captioned them as:

Shraddha Arya attended her friend, Pooja Thakur’s birthday last night and gave modern bahu vibes. For the party, Shraddha revamped her look and gave bahu bani babe feels after her wedding. Taking to her IG handle and wishing her friend on her birthday, Shraddha shared a series of pictures. In the photos, Shraddha can be seen wearing a black satin dress with broad chains as straps and completed her look with her chooda. Shraddha captioned the post as:

On December 9, 2021, Shraddha Arya had visited a temple with her friend and she was glowing as a new bride. She had donned a red and gold saree with a matching neckpiece and earrings. The sindoor on her forehead, her mangalsutra and her chooda had made us go hayee as she had looked like a nayi dulhaan. Sharing a series of pictures from her temple visit, Shraddha had written:

In an interview with The Times Of India, when asked if the feeling of being married had sunk in for her, Shraddha had talked about how the first few days of her married life were different. She had shared:
“I just finished with the pag phera ceremony and making halwa ritual in Delhi and I was overwhelmed with the way his family treated me. It reminded me every second that I am a happily married woman. But, now that I am back in Mumbai and resumed work, I feel that nothing much has changed except the fact that marriage has added some more dollops of happiness to my life.”
