Lady Kitty Spencer (30), Princess Diana’s niece, married South African businessman Michael Lewis (62) in Rome over the weekend. Their dreamy wedding took place at Villa Aldobrandini, in Frascati, Italy. Kitty Spencer is the daughter of Charles Spencer, late Princess Diana’s younger brother, and Victoria Aitken. For the wedding, Kitty Spencer wore a custom-made white Alta Moda gown designed by Dolce & Gabbana. The 30-year-old shared several pictures from her wedding festivities on social media. Lady Kitty Spencer wore five custom-made gowns by Dolce & Gabbana on her wedding day.
Marchioness of Bath, Sabrina Elba, Jade Holland Cooper and Pixie Lott attended Kitty Spencer’s wedding in Italy. On her wedding day, she looked breath-taking in a white lace gown which took about six months to create. The wedding gown features a high neck, long sleeves and puffed shoulders; heavily inspired by the Victorian era. Sharing a photo of herself in her wedding gown, Kitty Spencer wrote, “Thank you from the bottom of my heart Domenico & Stefano for creating a gown beyond my wildest dreams for the most important day of my life There are no words that could ever express my gratitude @dolcegabbana (sic).”
Lady Kity Spencer also shared a picture of her long train on social media and wrote, “Dress of dreams by @dolcegabbana (sic).”

In another post, the 30-year-old shared a picture of herself from her wedding welcome dinner. Kitty Spencer can be seen dressed in pastel blue off-shoulder Dolce & Gabbana gown. “The Cinderella Dress with the most exquisite #AltaGioielleria for our Wedding Welcome Dinner (sic),” the caption read.
Lady Kitty Spencer’s Rome wedding was a dreamy affair. Her father Charles Spencer did not attend the wedding. She was walked down the aisle by her brothers Louis Spencer and Samuel Aitken.
