“We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient,” Lopez wrote in her newsletter, On The JLo, following her first nuptials. In addition to her stunning Ralph Lauren gown, which she chose for the more formal ceremony at Affleck’s Riceboro estate, Lopez wore two dresses to her Vegas nuptials: an Alexander McQueen dress “from an old movie,” and a dress from Zuhair Murad’s bridal collection. The groom wore a white tuxedo jacket from his closet, Lopez shared.

Lopez’s hairstylist, Chris Appleton, shared a short video of Lopez in the “old movie” vintage dress, which was identified as the McQueen Floral Jacquard Full-Skirt Gown that retails for $5,175:

“I’ve had this dress for so many years, and I’ve just been saving it, saving it, saving it, and now I’m wearing it on my wedding day,” Lopez says in the video.

The dress is reportedly from Jersey Girl, a romantic comedy she filmed with Affleck when they were engaged the first time.

The second dress can be seen in the intimate snaps Lopez shared in “On the JLo,” Look 9 from Zuhair Murad’s Bridal Spring/Summer 2023 collection.

“Stick around long enough and maybe you’ll find the best moment of your life in a drive through in Las Vegas at twelve thirty in the morning in the tunnel of love drive through, with your kids and the one you’ll spend forever with,” Lopez wrote in her newsletter. “Love is a great thing, maybe the best of things—and worth waiting for.”
