A Fort Bragg soldier will be deployed soon, but he already had a date to get married in nine months.
So what happened?
Daniela and Andres Sablan pushed up the date.
When a soldier gets the call of deployment, they know the departure will be soon.
“I cried. I thought, ‘What am I going to do?'” said Daniela “It breaks my heart.”
The couple was scheduled to say I do in nine months, but then Andres got the call he was going to be deployed.
So he said to Daniela lets get married now.
And that’s just what the two did.
“It was really stressful. A lot of things started happening faster than we knew,” said Andres.
They went to the court house.
They said their vows.
They made it official.
Then they celebrated at the Angus Barn where the couple met and where Daniela works.
“The vibe was unbelievable. I felt so happy. You could feel the energy in the place and I feel it as a guest, it was unbelievable,” said Daniela
Now they are newly weds enjoying every moment as husband and wife.
Andres could not release any details about his deployment, but he said he wanted to make his “I do’s” official before he left.
