Spooky skeleton themed backyard Halloween party
Categories Party + Entertaining Ideas
Who here goes all out for Halloween? We shared a darling kids Halloween party last week, but today Deets & Things and Harper & Grace Photo have a backyard gathering that’s a “bone-a-fide good time” for littles and grownups a like! It’s got all the drama you want in a Halloween party, with a little added glam fit for a dinner party under the bistro lights.
Jacqui of Deets & Things explains, For this party, guests walked down the stairs to the backyard under floating candles into a little spooky dinner party. What’s a good Halloween party without a skeleton or 2—in this case we had more than 20! Even the skellies were dressed to the nines to dine with their friends and family. Guest came in full blown costumes, all aiming to win one of the handmade skeleton trophies I’ve made for this party annually.
They set up so many fun vignettes throughout the yard… So fun for photos and mingling!
Trick or treating stations manned by a witch scarecrow, mummy and more were placed throughout the space where kids could load up on candy, glow sticks and toys. When they weren’t crafting trick-or-treat bags at the kids table, bouncing for fun, or chowing down on cotton candy and sweets… the client had turned their upstairs into an amazing out of this world maze. With so much to do and so much to feast their eyes on, it was bound to be a bone-a-fide good time for all!
Talk about spooky!
