Taylor Swift Has No ‘Champagne Problems’ In That Wedding Dress!

Singer Taylor Swift sure knows how to drive her fans wild!

The singer took to Instagram to share a black and white video of her singing a hit from her ninth studio album “evermore” entitled “champagne problems.” Swift can be seen singing while long-time collaborator Aaron Dessner plays the piano.

However, that’s not what got Swifties so excited on Tuesday evening. Swift is singing…. while wearing a white flowing wedding dress.

Swifties Go Nuts Seeing Taylor In A Wedding Dress!

In the caption of the video, Swift wrote, “NO PROBLEMS TODAY JUST CHAMPAGNE.”

She added, “I wanted to share this video with you from when @aarondessner and I were doing our fittings for the video and there was a piano, so ofc this happened. SO stroked evermore has been honored like this. Congrats to all our fellow nominees!!”

Although Swift has since disabled comments on all of her Instagram videos, the post received over 250,000 likes within only 20 minutes of posting. The “fitting” that she is referring to alludes to the wedding dress she wore when she filmed the music video for “I Bet You Think About Me (Featuring Chris Stapleton)(Taylor’s Version).” The short marked the directorial debut of Blake Lively and featured Miles Teller and his wife, Keleigh Teller.

As The Blast previously reported, Swift managed to scoop up two awards at the 2021 American Music Awards, which were held on Sunday, November 21. Swift took home the award for Favorite Female Pop Artist and “evermore” secured a surprising win for Favorite Pop Album, despite the fact that the indie-folk album which includes beats of chamber pop did not have the typical mainstream pop vibe most expected from the winner.

“Thank you so much to the fans, this is such an amazing honor,” she said of the win. “The fact that you would do this for ‘evermore,’ I’ve always been so proud of this album. I’ve always looked at ‘evermore’ as sort of Folklore’s adventurous, fun younger sister. So, thank you so much for doing this.”

Fans Have A Lot Of Thoughts About ‘Champagne Problems’

Besides the catchy title, many fans consider “Champagne Problems” to be one of the strongest songs on “evermore.” Many fans couldn’t help but point out just how much the song showed Swift’s evolution as a songwriter throughout the years.

One fan wrote, “Taylor Swift was 17 years old when she wrote ‘Love Story’ And Juliet just said YES. Now, Taylor Swift is 31, she released ‘Champagne Problems” But this time, Juliet said NO to Romeo From ‘marry me juliet you’ll never have to be alone.’”

The fan continued, “She literally cursed and wrote ‘’she would’ve made such a lovely bride what a shame she’s f—ed in the head.’ Her lyricsism and her songwriting became more mature and realistic from being Fantasy Books becoming Tragic Films. If Swift’s songwriting doesn’t impresses you, I don’t know who would.”

Another fan pointed out, “Another detail I adore is the line ‘Sometimes you just don’t know the answer till someone’s on their knees and asks you.’ It’s interesting cause when you ask someone to marry you, you get down on just one knee, not ‘knees’. Here, however, he not only got down on one knee to propose, he went down on both of them – as in begging. Representing his helplessness and desperation, imploring her to stay. He’s on his knees in front of her.”

Fans also couldn’t help but agree that Swift looked amazing in the wedding dress, which prompted the question… is Swift and long-time boyfriend Joe Alwyn going to tie the knot any time soon?
