Texas Wildflower Wedding With Deep Garden Roots ⋆ Ruffled

The Texas wildflower vibes are strong with Stephanie and Eric’s late summer wedding planned by Kirstin Rose Events. Petal-clad prints festoon every paper detail, bridesmaid dress and monogrammed cookie favor in sight, and floral designer Branching Out Events met all of the above with the real thing (and on full blast too). The ceremony was held inside a rustic chic chapel, where the bride’s cap sleeve lace wedding dress with a sophisticated high neck had us remembering why this Grace Kelly ‘esque’ fashion sense will never go out of style. Perez Photography captured every winning moment from smile-filled start to wildflower adorned table finish, and we are simply bursting to share their story with you today. So without further ado, let’s dive into S+E’s beautiful Texas shindig!

From the Planner and Designer, Kirstin Rose Events: “Stephanie and Eric envisioned a natural, organic floral design inspired by Texas wildflowers for sophisticated simplicity. The details were exceptional from the bride’s “something blue” dress bow to her handmade clutch made by her mom with her new initials.

Branching Out brought their vision to life by using a variety of floral including roses, ranunculas, sweet pea, peonies, larkspur, hellebores, lisianthus, godetia, astrantia, scabiosa, succulents, seasonal foliage, and more! They added eclectic accents such as pottery, textured glass, and marble. The result was a whimsical, laid back garden party.

Stamped Paper Co wrapped Stephanie and Eric’s letterpressed invitations with seed paper which set the tone from the very beginning. A favorite detail of ours!

Stephanie and Eric are a very playful couple who do not take life too seriously! Their main goal while planning was to create a fun atmosphere for their family and friends. With that in mind, we incorporated cheeky details such as funny facts and sayings on the cocktail napkins and table numbers. Eric loves to dance, so Stephanie surprised him with an LED dance floor which lit up as they danced their first dance. We printed life-size cutouts of the bride and groom to put in the photo booth area for guests to enjoy. It was a day full of joy and fun had by all. Congratulations to Stephanie and Eric!”
