Woman fakes her own wedding photoshoot to get her ex-boyfriend’s attention

A woman has gone viral on TikTok after she came clean about the fake wedding photo shoot she arranged to get back at her ex after they broke their relationship off

A woman has revealed the extreme measures she went to in a bid to get her ex-boyfriend’s attention.

The woman, who goes by the username @dieschaklin on TikTok, claimed that she staged her own wedding, and even hired a photographer to capture the ‘special moments,’ just to see if her ex would contact her.

“Remembering the time I faked my own wedding and had a professional photoshoot so he would reach out,” she wrote.

The woman appeared to have hired a venue – complete with stables – and even roped in someone to play the part of her “husband” for the ‘big day’.

She then posted the pictures to her Instagram in the hopes that her old flame would see them.

In the pictures, she wore a stunning white gown and veil, which she accessorised with dainty silver jewellery, and appeared to have had her makeup professionally done.

She then posed for pictures with a huge bouquet of white flowers alongside her new doting “groom”.

One snap saw the pair embraced in door frames, while another saw them standing by their wedding cake.

She even had someone pretend to be her husband

The groom even serenaded the woman on the piano as she gazed at him lovingly in another.

But unfortunately, her elaborate plan didn’t work out.

“Worst part is he watched my story and still didn’t reach out,” she revealed in the caption.

Since being posted, the video has racked up more than 285,000 likes and thousands of comments from people who were both impressed and baffled by her idea.

One person said: “Why would he reach out on your wedding day?!”

Another wrote: “This HAS to be real the pictures look too real.”

A third commented: “Should have done an engagement shoot lol once the wedding happens it’s too late.”

“What were you gonna say if he reached out? What was the plan bestie?” asked someone else.

A few people shared the lengths they went to get an ex’s attention as one person joked: “I faked my death,” and another said: “I did this and he actually reached out and ‘stopped the wedding’ and he asked me to marry him. All it takes is just the right amount of crazy ladies.”

Others demanded a storytime, and she is yet to respond.
