Many women have been dreaming of their wedding since they were young, so there is a lot of pressure on them to look and act perfect.
However, just like any other day, accidents can happen and TikToker Rivohirmiz learned this only too well as shown by a recent clip she shared on the app.
The video, which has been watched by 1.8 million people, begins with her posing on a staircase decorated with white and yellow flowers.
Wearing a white lace gown with off-shoulder sleeves and a long net veil, the bride happily shimmies at the camera.
However, she then begins climbing down the stairs, holding a cream bouquet, but when she gets to the bottom step she loses her footing and lands on her knees.
The funny footage, which can be watched here, is captioned: “Lmao [laughing my a** off]… only me #monochrome #wedding #fail.”
The clip has gained lots of traction online since it was shared on December 7, having attracted more than 244,300 likes and surpassing 8,500 shares. Newsweek have contacted Rivohirmiz for comment.
Many people also rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts on the humorous moment.
One TikTok user, A.k.2k00, wrote: “I’m so happy…….I’m so saadd,” alongside a string of laughing-face emojis.
Another person, Meryem, added: “omg [oh my god] AHAHAHAHAHA.”
Mel shared a skull emoji and typed: “Imagine.”
Hadan gushed: “Omg [oh my god] no HAHAHA.”
Zanubaa.aa tagged a friend and exclaimed: “We would also have fallen down because we are so clumsy.”
Hamda__13 commented: “How no one went to help her [laughing-face emoji].”
Recently another wedding day faux pas also went viral on TikTok showing a bride accidentally setting fire to a bouquet.
In the clip, shared to the app by Emily Jackson, we can see the bride dancing while holding the bunch of white flowers.
However, it all goes wrong when she places the floral arrangement on a table which is covered in lit candles and turns to begin dancing with her groom.
The bouquet immediately catches fire and is engulfed in flames as guests scramble to put out the fire.
The video has been viewed a staggering 1.7 million times and attracted nearly 325,000 likes.
Additionally, another rather shocking viral wedding situation came in the form of a wild animal crashing a reception in Mexico.
In a video shared to TikTok by Angie Diaz we can see the heart-stopping moment a black bear arrived at her cousin’s wedding, knocking over items as the guests stayed as still as possible.
Speaking to local news, Diaz maintained she wasn’t scared but rather “mesmerized.”
