It was only a matter of time before rustic chic tables surrounded by matte black chairs, twisty taper candles and gauzy silk runners matching the blue-gray exteriors hit the scene too. Gather & Grace Designs filled low stone compotes with perfectly imperfect tangles of buttercream roses, mauve hellebore and blush carnations with endless ripples. Speaking of buttercream – the sugar florals painted in a thick brushstroke style were the perfect topping for the cake perched in a cozy nook of the hardwood floored ballroom. Overlooking the early fall wedding decor brought to life by The Gathering Planner, we just might consider it the best seat in the house!
For this dreamy early fall wedding inspiration, the vendor team chose The Orlo, a venue equally loved for its historic charm, downtown Tampa location, and intimate ballroom. They envisioned guests would immediately get a taste of the cozy, intimate evening they were in for from their arrival onto the twinkle light-lit property. The first impression they were left with after receiving the floral-focused invitation suite by Bloomish Designs would come front and center when entering into the ballroom to see the floral arch by Gather & Grace Designs.
That same vibe was carried from the ceremony to the reception, with the help of Glasshouse Rentals, Vivant Rentals and Treasury Rentals. Thewedding cake, by Alevri & Co., even mimicked the pretty, floral watercolor invitation suite. Speaking of sweets, the chocolate bars seen on the place settings and in the flat lay, from Nadia & Co., are almost too pretty to eat!
The bride stunned with hair by Style Hair and Makeup in her effortlessly elegant Isabel O’neil Bridal dress and Bella Belle Shoes. Her groom donned a classic tux from The Tuxxman that was perfectly cohesive to the upscale look. All the details from the day flowed together seamlessly thanks to TheGathering Planner and Love and Covenant and Torres Tribe Films captured it all to perfection.
