Teresa Giudice of The Real Housewives of New Jersey fame is warming up for her upcoming nuptials with the love of her life, Luis Ruelas, and showed signs of what to expect with a bridal shower. Teresa and Luis’ relationship has progressed swiftly since the reality television star ended her 20-year marriage with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, with whom she shares four daughters. Teresa and Luis met in the summer of 2020 and went Instagram official in December of that year. Many fans were excited for Teresa after she announced her relationship with Luis, given the ups and downs she experienced in her marriage with Joe.

Many people would have been forgiven if Teresa and Luis chose to take things slowly in their relationship, but that was not to be. The couple was so smitten that Luis proposed to Teresa in October 2021. He popped the question in Amanzoe, Greece. The beautiful proposal featured fireworks and some good music. Since the engagement, the lovely couple has been busy planning their nuptials, which is set for August. With the big day drawing closer, they are now putting the finishing touches on their plans. If Teresa needed assurance that her second wedding would live up to expectations, she got the answer recently.
The bravolebrity celebrated her bridal shower over the weekend, and it was a grand event attended by her close friends and family members. As of the time of this writing, Teresa has yet to post pictures from her bridal shower, but some of her RHONJ co-stars and other Real Housewives cast members who graced the ceremony have done so. Teresa’s RHONJ co-star, Jennifer Aydin, shared multiple pictures from the event, including one that showed her posing with the beautiful bride-to-be in front of a wall decorated with flowers. The photo showed Teresa, who dressed the part for the big day. Teresa wore a white corseted mini-dress with all-over embroidered lace detailing. She also wore white stilettos that matched her outfit and accessorized with silver bracelets and a white necklace.
Jennifer, who wore a blue floral gown with matching shoes, captioned the post, “Love celebrating your happiest moments with you.” Meanwhile, The Real Housewives of Potomac star Ashley Darby shared a picture that showed her posing all smiles with Teresa. Ashley wrote in the post’s caption, “We are so excited for your big day Tre!!” Teresa’s colorful bridal shower came days after reports swirled that she would get a wedding spin-off on Bravo. Those reports haven’t been confirmed yet by the star herself, but fans might recall Teresa previously expressed uncertainty that her wedding would be filmed for RHONJ.
Teresa’s friends and family are looking forward to her wedding day just as she and Luis are. Those fans would now be exceedingly glad that their favorite’s bridal shower went well. Teresa has been planning a big wedding with her husband-to-be’s support. Knowing her bridal shower was a success likely fills her with much happiness ahead of her wedding ceremony. It remains to be seen whether Teresa will get a RHONJ spin-off on Bravo, according to reports. However, all that would be secondary to the soon-to-be-wedded star of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, who just can’t wait to say, “I do,” to her Prince Charming.
